Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items that are defective, incorrectly sized, or differ significantly in color or style from what you received. If you believe your item qualifies for a return based on these criteria, please follow the steps below.

Notify Us: Please contact our customer service team at contact@soulsyncmantra.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. The email subject should be the order ID.
Packaging: Ensure the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received it.
Shipping:After receiving confirmation from our team, securely package the item and ship it to our designated returns address.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for returns that meet the criteria mentioned above.
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method after it has been processed.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
