Return Eligibility
We accept returns for items that are defective, incorrectly sized, or differ significantly in color or style from what you received. If you believe your item qualifies for a return based on these criteria, please follow the steps below.
- Notify Us: Please contact our customer service team at contact@soulsyncmantra.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. The email subject should be the order ID.
- Packaging: Ensure the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Shipping:After receiving confirmation from our team, securely package the item and ship it to our designated returns address.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued for returns that meet the criteria mentioned above.
- Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method after it has been processed.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
